Silver Springs II is a neighborhood of 55 townhomes for lease. Originally slated for commercial use, as part of a bigger 80-acre master planned community, this project was later rezoned for multifamily structures.
These townhomes are quite unique as they each resemble a single family detached structure and create an authentic neighborhood feeling.
Silver Springs II also has a sister project, Silver Springs I, and they share many similarities.
