Thomas R. Butler, Inc. transformed a 20-acre parcel of agricultural land into a new mixed-use development with several successful projects, but most notably Alluvial Court. Alluvial Court is one of three office complexes next to both residential housing and a day care facility.
The master plan included major public improvements including: the addition of traffic signals, curbs and gutters, and sidewalks. Alluvial Court boasts the latest amenities for office buildings and has space for multi-tenant office buildings.
